Most people tend to make themselves the lowest on the list of priorities, because lets face it, as parents, we have a lot to be responsible for.  
However, 

It's our duty to look after ourselves FOR our children.

When we put ourselves first, it sets the example for everyone around us on how to live life PROPERLY. 

Time is a finite resource, which means we can never get it back... doing it "later" is not an option, all we have is now. 

So, there's never been a better time to make sure that we are looking after ourselves and ensuring that we can achieve all that we want for ourselves and families, and more!

So Let's Talk About What You'll be Doing....
DAY ONE
CLARITY
"When life gets Blury, adjust your focus"
Day 1 is all about you gaining clarity so together we can bring to life your individual road map for lifelong success in your health & fitness journey.

There’s two main things that cause people to fail & become super frustrated in their health & fitness journey’s…
1. Lack of clarity 
2. The wrong road map for lifelong success.

Not you though….

With our secret key methods, we will be sharing with you on day one your clarity will be so sharp & your road map so clear, failing won’t be an option.

Now, chances are you have tried many things before and non-off them worked…

It wasn’t through lack of motivation or will power that they didn’t work.

It was because the road map you were given wasn’t unique to you.

It didn’t support what you want nor did it fit your life.

It stole your time though & leave you behind some extra frustration.

Together we are going to make sure that never happens again to you.

Now we do have one extra activity we will be doing on day one but something we must keep secret but I can tell you it has never been done on a health & fitness retreat before 😉

DAY TWO
NUTRITION
"To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art."
On day 2 we deep dive into what you need to know and learn so life long success can be yours in your journey. 

Now, much of what you will need to learn will be unique for you and your journey. 

However there is one thing that we all share and need to learn in our journey. 

That being nutrition.

And nutrition...it can be so damn confusing! 

Causing copious amounts of stress, overwhelm, self doubt and frustration in one's journey. 

It can lead you to questioning yourself time and time again "am I doing the right thing" 

That's a hard gig to play self doubting and questioning yourself everyday as you move through your journey. 

But when you learn what we know and teach in this area the self doubting, questioning and frustration in this area will be a thing of the past. 

Now, nutrition is only a piece of what you will be learning with us.

DAY THREE
SCALE UP SUCCESS
"Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts."
Mum, on day 3 we start to really turn up the success dial.

I can’t go into too much detail here but….

Let’s just say this.

For a moment I want you to think of everything that has ever held you back in your health & fitness journey before.

No doubt everything you are thinking of has caused you frustration, self-doubt & overwhelm.

Now imagine those things & those very feelings all starting to disappear…

Sounds too good to be true right?

Well not once you learn and implement what we will be teaching you.

If I’m talking your language Mum and you are picking up what I’m putting down then read on as we are still only warming up as there is soooooooooo much more to come.
DAY FOUR
YOUR TOOLBELT
"We change our tools, then our tools change us"
MUM the key to success once you clear out the things that don’t serve you and have been holding you back from success in your journey is to then bring in the things which moves your towards what you want in your journey.

But then you're back to square one with the frustration, self-doubt, unhappiness and overwhelm stepping back in.

Except now all those feelings are ramped up and stronger than ever before.

Long term goals isn’t about motivation or will power….

Focus on just them and failure is always the outcome.

Where going teach you the real way to have lifelong success.

And what the real steps are to get there.

What you will learn nobody else is teaching in the entire health & fitness industry.
